Most Recommended Protective Measures against Corona Disease (Covid19)

The Corona virus is spread mainly from person-to-person through small droplets when an infected person sneezes or coughs. When you have a close contact (less than 6 feet distance) with infected person you get these droplets on your body, mouth or nose resulting inhaled into lungs. So the best way to prevent is to avoid being exposed to the virus. Let us see, how can we do this?

1-Stay at home Stay Protected

Avoid unnecessary outing because you does not know which person is infected by this disease.

2-Cover your Mouth and Nose while coughing/sneezing

Cover your mouth and nose with tissue paper, handkerchief or your elbow when coughing. Dispose tissue after use in close bin and take new tissue for every use.

3-Wash your Hands

Wash your hands time to time with soap and water for about 20 Seconds particularly after coughing /sneezing or after you been in a public place. If soap and water are not available use hand sanitizer that contain at least 60 % alcohol.

4-Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and face

Avoid touching your eyes nose and mouse with unwashed hands.

5-Avoid Close Contact

Maintain safe distance  1.5 m (at least 6 feet) with those people who are sick and don’t share eatables with them.

6-Wear Protective Face Mask

If you are sick or attending a sick person at home were a protective face mask and protective gloves.

7-Isolate Yourself if You are Sick

If you see symptoms of corona in yourself, isolate yourself and consult your physician immediately.

8-Cleanliness and Disinfection

Clean your home time to time especially top surfaces of tables, doorknobs, light switches, counter tops, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets and sinks.

Hand sanitizer kills the germs instantly, so make it your habit to sanitize your hands regularly.

10-Clean your Door Handle with Antibacterial Liquid
