So many tiny houses are reported, especially from North America, these all are just tiny house but Backcountry Tiny Homes has changed the trend with a compact model measuring just 16 ft (4.8 m) long cum deck.

The Acorn is fixed on a double-axle trailer and cladded in a mixture of tongue, groove and cedar. The tiny house is Rockwool insulated throughout, rated at R-23 in the roof, R-15 in the walls and R-30 in the floor. Its an easy towable tiny house as its quite light at 6500 lb (2948 kg).

The visitors can get in via deck area whereas deck has a sufficient space for couple of chairs. There is 90 sq ft (8.3 sq m) floorspace inside that hosts a sofa bed and serves as combined living room, bedroom and dining area as well.


A folding table with a storage space is installed there whereas an optional pull down projector screen can be installed there.


The tiny house kitchen is equipped with electric two burner cooktop, fridge, sink, cabinetry and a built-in vacuum cleaning system. There is bathroom next to kitchen featuring toilet and shower.
