How to make Birthday Hat from Cardboard
1-Draw a pattern on cardboard according to image given below.Same process revise for wrapping decorative paper.
2-Cut cardboard and decorative paper as you drawn after folding it join to corners at bottom using stapler.
3-Fold decorative paper on hat and paste it with gum.
4-Attach decorative ears on top and elastic strings at bottom of hat .Your hat is ready to wear.
